Your Time Is Coming
God has placed dreams and desires in each of our hearts. Are you believing for something that seems to be taking a long time? Are you tempted to quit? Maybe you’ve already given up on that dream. Today is a new day—it’s time for you to get your fire back! It may be taking a long time, but God is faithful! He promises to complete the work He began in your life. Don’t fall into the temptation to get complacent and think it’s never going to happen. Right now, whether you see it or not, God is working behind the scenes and arranging things in your favor. When you develop an attitude of expectancy, you open the door to His miracle-working power in your life. Decide today to declare His Word and speak words of victory. Start declaring today, “My time is coming...God is working behind the scenes on my behalf…I will fulfill my destiny…I will fulfill the plan God has for my life!” As you declare and expect God to move, your faith will grow. Your hope will grow. Keep expecting and waiting for the appointed time. As you do, you’ll step into the victorious destiny God has planned for you!

Fear –noun 1. a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid.
Plus
Ter·ror·ist –noun 1. a person, usually a member of a group, who uses or advocates terrorism. 2. a person who terrorizes or frightens others
What does that equal?
Con·trol –verb (used with object) 1. to exercise restraint or direction over; dominate; command. 2. to hold in check; curb
If your manager tells you not to get incontact with some one they wrongfully accused of something and really emphisize that your job is at stake what feeling then comes over your ? FEAR !
Now they have you following all that they tell you even in your personal life. Imagine you are off the clock, on your personal time but cannot see who you want or talk to whom you want. CONTROL !
George W Bush said "we as Americans should not succome to people who use fear to intimidate us. Those people who use fear to control are Terrorist".
There is a Cry out for help in the deep bowels of hell I mean the corprate America. the people are under terrorist attack and Osama Bin Laden is not at fault this time. Can a company really fire an employee for having a personal life? Can the company really tell you who to talk to and who to be friends with outside of work? The real question is are you really incontrol of your life? This just adds more evidance to my theory of modern day slavery. Corprate America is the slave masters, bills are the whips, and FEAR is the chain that binds you. This mainly applies to the low class, upper lows, and middle class people. the blue coller workers who punch a clock in and out everyday. If this is you it really sucks-a$$ I hope you find your muse. If you love your job and live for it good for you do it with a joyful heart. If you are miserable at work be patient trust in a higher power what/who ever you believe in keep faith that the promise giving will be acheived. Know this the spark has been lit I am not the first nor will I be the last through my writings I hope that a change will one day be made.

By JENNIFER C. KERR, Associated Press Writer Wed Mar 5, 5:12 PM ET
WASHINGTON - Federal job discrimination complaints by workers against private employers rose by 9 percent last year, the biggest annual increase since the early 1990s.
ADVERTISEMENT The data released Wednesday by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission show allegations of discrimination based on race, retaliation and sex were the most frequent.
There were 82,792 complaints filed between Oct. 1, 2006, and Sept. 30, 2007. That was the highest number since 2002 and compares with 75,768 in the 2006 budget year.
"Corporate America needs to do a better job of proactively preventing discrimination and addressing complaints promptly and effectively," said the commission head, Naomi Earp. The agency enforces federal anti-discrimination laws among private employers.
Economist Marc Bendick said the figures do not suggest an alarming trend and may amount to only a random fluctuation.
"The increase is spread fairly evenly across the board in terms of the basis of the complaint, such as race, gender, age, or national origin, so it does not seem to signal emergence of a dramatic new discrimination problem," said Bendick, who specializes in employment and human resource management at Bendick and Egan Economic Consultants in Washington.
Bendick said he would expect further increases in employment discrimination complaints because a worsening economy means more layoffs and greater competition in hiring.
Allegations of discrimination based on race were the leading category of complaints, with 30,510, or 37 percent of all filings last year.
Charges based on retaliation accounted for 26,663 of the complaints, or about 32 percent. For the first time, retaliation was the second most frequent complaint, surpassing sex-based charges. Retaliation charges were up 18 percent from the previous year.
Sex discrimination complaints totaled 24,826 of the filings, or 30 percent.
There also were double-digit percentage increases for complaints about age and disability discrimination. Complaints about discrimination based on pregnancy rose 14 percent to 5,587 last year, a record.
The only major category with a drop involved equal pay. The number of complaints slipped from 861 to 818 last year, accounting for 1 percent of all cases filed.
During 2007, 72,442 private sector discrimination complaints were resolved. The commission recovered about $345 million in compensation for those who had filed discrimination charges.
