I lost my future wife because of the Company. she left me once for being a workaholic we got back together She left me a secound time because I left and went back to the company.We got back together when I told her my plans and the promise ring I gave her. Then I told her about the sexual harassment accusation and other accusations leading to my suspention. She left me for a final time. she gave back the ring. She was everything to me at one point. She gave me the best times of my life we shared almost every secret. love was truley defined, but then AT&T was the thorn in our sides. I made no attempt to reconcile to a point where I can not mention her name again I used to love her as more then I love myself. she felt that way to a point AT&T broke us up and I learned a useful lesson in life "it is better to have loved and lost then to never have loved at all". God is love for 3 years I new him and I want that feeling back again.

why do you blog?

I was on the B-ball court the other day and meet with a very interesting person. This gentle man happens to be an ex-con he was convicted of first degree murder at the age of 17 and had a plea down to manslaughter was sentence to 15 years in a state pen. He is now FREE . We had a great game of Basketball going then another person showed up. He then told us a story he just finished doing a bid at Palm Beach correctional for armed robbery and attempted murder. At this time I am very intrigued with this situation. Both gentlemen are pure gangsters with no hope or future. Ex con 1 is 32 Ex con 2 is 21, they both are capable of working and moving forward with their lives but no one will hire them. Since they shared with me I told them my story with AT&T. They asked me about my priors I told them I only have a misdemeanor. But we kind of have some thing in common due to the magnitude of accusations and actions on our permanent records people automatically judge us so it is hard to get a job. I told them gentleman this is America, I then went on to tell them my plans they both agreed and now have joined me. They brung along some OG’s to join my cause. These OG's are proven in the streets and know how to put in work. I then see that I am starting an organization of gentlemen with a checkered past. If I am to lead them I need to do certain things to one establish Fear and respect. That is why I would rather step to the side. I fit more of a consigliarie role a thinker plan out strategically then make moves. A friend of mine who happens to be a member of the Bloods gang is now capo crimine EXcon1 is the capo bastone Excon2 is the caporagime. Caporagime has recruited soldotos out to make a name for them. We now stand 40 deep and still digging. why you may ask I have a vision of righting the wrongs that have been done and I have encountered many people who are will to take action for what they beleive in. we don't have money but we have heart, besides their are ways to get money. "SIc Vis Pacem para bellum". Look up that saying because this is the code we will live and die by. I have many plans that rivals on person whom I admire Hannibal the conqueror. It’s sad that eggs have to be broken to make an omelet but breakfast must be served. There is still a part of me that says forget it and move on but then again I want justice. Our Judicial system works slowly and in the favor of the haves excluding the have not. Noise must be made in order to be heard. I want to hear your opinion and I will make a rational decision for the better. I have been a good christian most of my life and always looked on the brighterside. God always showed me the light it is very dark right now and I am serchung for the light.

One of my fondest memories of working for the company is when the VP Rich came to my store for the first time. It was the day after Hurricane Wilma landed and my store was told to open in order to provide car chargers and batteries to all the people who are in need at a small fee of course. The VP of the company shows up in our store and joins in on our efforts, he even sat down with me during my lunch break. We had Oodles of noodles and talked for about 5 Min's. now i know he would not remember something like that after the years went by but he laughed at my jokes and we discussed American idol. Just for that 5 Min's i felt as if i worked with the company not for the company. That was the turning point for me as far as my point of view towards the company. After that day I bought into the companies plan 100% before then I was only at 80%. Clock in do my job and go home, was my mode of operation. VP showed me he was not a cruel business man who was out for the bottom dollar "screw everyone else".

Then the unthinkable happens last year VP comes into the new store I work in and reintroduce himself to me and asked for my name, work title, and why am I in the backroom. I answered all questions without letting him know we spoke before. He then goes on asking me to walk him through what i do in my inventory position I do so. He thanks me and walks away. when he leaves the store my assistant manager comes to me and tells me in an aggressive manner next time VP comes to the store we need you out in the sales floor as a customer coordinator. I asked why, and was told not to ask questions just do what I have been told.

I was in total shock VP was the cool-es businessman in my eyes he could do no wrong. You might say I kind of looked up to him as one of the new age managers. this guy is a Young man in shape and very cool with the people down to earth laid back dude. I feel as it the second meeting between us crushed the mountain that I placed him on and I once again felt as if i worked for the company not with the company. Now I am FREE !!!!!!!!!

I remember one famous encounter i had witha customer. The customer came into the store to report her cell phone missing. the rep assisting her placed her on the phone with customer service inorder for her to file the report.Our land line phone dropped the call in the middle of the conversation. the customer calls back and starts from scratch then the call is dropped again. She then goes back to the sales rep to ask him to note the account of the transaction, he did.On her next months bill she finds a bill for 11,000 dollars. she flips out. she storms into the store demanding that someone explains this bill to her. From looking at the bill a rep let her know that min. were used along with text messages. Both you and I know that the owner of this phone would not use so much mins in a month to accur such a bill. She asked for something to be done, the only offer that was given to her was to pay half of the bill and the company would void the rest. Can you believe that she did not make those calls and accured all thos mins yet she has to pay half of something she doesn't owe. when she say the company wasn't budging she storms out and later gets a very famous lawyer to defend her. Bug business gets thier lawyers to look for loop holes and gues what big business wins again that poor customer is paying off half of the bill she probebly was sent to the credit buearo who knows. she got screwed in my opinion but the law is on the side of the corparations not the people. Wake up America Wake up !
