I recently gave the EEO rep enough evidence to clear my name and I have not heard form anyone. I checked AT&t.com/careers and see that there is an opening for my position. Now I can assume that their really is no investigation going on and the ease I was suspended without notice of the accusation and why I was being suspended is because the company had other reasons they wanted to get rid of me. I am still investigating why federal taxes weren’t withheld from my paycheck all year. I clearly remember writing down that I wanted my taxes withheld from my paychecks.

I am very disappointed to see that this is how I am being treated by a company I gave 100% to. In my opinion I feel as if this is happening because I was getting to close to moving up with the company. I had a one on one SSR training session with Terri Pendergrass that she schedules me to "RSVP" a while back. I attuned on my day off the store manger did not acknowledge the e-mail. At this point I don't know. I have been the "do boy" for my mangers ever since I have been working at Cypress. I had a sinus infection do to the dust I inhaled working in the backroom of that store during construction. Just to make sure inventory is their and safe for them.

All this accrued because of a discount report which I was told by another visiting manager that I was not suppose to be doing due to conflict of interest. I found out my accuser was mad because her name appeared too much on the report. She thought I was picking on her so she set me up with her harassment accusation. I had previous talks with my accuser before the accusation and she warned me not to put her name on the report. At first I shrugged it off because I thought I was doing my job and the management team would explain that to her. I was wrong.

It amazes me how fast the company came to her aide. I truly believe it is because she is a sales rep and I am an SSR. It is no secret how bias the company is to certain positions in the store. “Protect the sales reps and sacrifice the SSR" is the saying. For days now I was in complete shock that I am being accused of something this serious. I wish the cameras at that store would record sound along with video in order for me to further prove my innocence.
I really believe it is because I walked in on an inner office exchange between my accuser and another rep in the store. I told my assistant manager about it and somehow it got back to the rep and a few days later I get suspended.

Although right now if you try to get answers from anyone they will deny all that I say because of how I was suspended. It looks like I was deemed guilty and now I have to prove I am innocent. I use to hold my head up high and say I am an AT&T inventory ssr. Now I feel as if the company is out to save face and replace. There are many things I can use in my defense. For example gift exchanges, money asked by the ladies from the men in the store, there is one rep that brings food and gifts to another stores, verbal abuse and inappropriate touching. But I will keep those secrets. Because I will never forget the time when I needed help in order to take care of my grandmother during her illness and Maureen Freeman and Mike Moore helped me out with a transfer to another store.

The fact that their is so much secrecy and the interference between the store manager turning reps against me as if I was the one who betrayed them. It pains me to see how fake the management team is. If they only knew how many times I stopped reps from revaluating against the company and quitting because of tough times and lack of respect giving to them by management I am very disappointed because in the back of my mind I truly wonder why I am being treated this way. I know for a fact that in my four years with this company Two Sales reps in this company have been accused of sexual harassment and the process was totally different. They did not get suspended first and then an investigation happened. One of those reps became an Assistant manager and the other is still with the company thriving.

At first I thought it was because both gentlemen are white! But then I looked back and one of those reps have a friend in a very high position But then I looked at my situation the fact that they are both Sales reps and I am an SSR means I am not worth a dime. I have been called “the inventory bitch many of times by all in the store. No one respected what I did sales reps hated me for being in the back and management never defended me when it benefited them. In conclusion I would like to say Thank you for this life experience. I will not quit my job for I am innocent. I am very disappointed in the lack of investigation going on.

AT&tmobilty is the best when it come to squeezeing employees out of a job. they will not fire you they will most definently make it so miserable for you that you will quite your job to all the people who has an Iphone or any other At&T phone are really getting ripped of. especially when they purchse accessories. The company buys them for 2$ and sell them to the public for 29.99. Employees who do not meet every area of thier quota ends up oweing the company money. AT&tmobility discriminates against non sell employees. 2 sales reps have been accused of sexual harrasment and they were not fired or suspended but as soon as an SSR is he is supended indefinently without pay. I have seen police officers in this country beat a black man to death and get suspended (vacation time for a good job) with pay. the funny part is one of the sales rep is now an assistant manager. I guess it really helps that this person is good friends with the district manager. All this stems form a little thing called a discount report a female sales rep was tired of getting her name reported to the managers of fraudlent discounts givin to customers and the fact that she did not sell her phones out correctly. She decided to set up the rep and get him to say some sexual things and file a sexual harrasment complaint to the managers. I was watching the News and say help me Howard a lawyer who takes cases for those who can't afford certain legal fees. And we have a customer fileing a lawsuit on the company for an outrageous bill. righfully so. AT&T don't pride themselves on retaining customers selling is the most important thing "get the new Activation"

MY JOB REALLY SUCKS ASS SOMETIMES ! we are in the process of remodling and it is really the worst atmosphere to be in yet here I am. working listing to the construction day in and day out. inhaling dust and grime while my manager takes a 2 week vacation. We recently did an inventory count and their where phones missing this guy had the ordacidy to be dissapointed in me as if I lost the phones. whe we did the reserch he saw that the sales reps did not process the phones correctly. but at my job they are so use to playing the blame game so like AKon say put the blame on me. I would say to everyone not to fall for the commercials you see on Tv all the company sees you as are $$$$$$. If you cannot generate teh company money u are usless as an employee and customer. Buyer beware don't be fooled . We recently became unionized and they are doing thier best to dicourage all empployees from officially signing the forms. Every negative thing that happens they blame it on the union. All our right are taken away from us. Stress and fear have crippled us to a shell of a human being. We are trained to sell customers things that they don't want we have quotas to meet or we are fired. the no customer walks policy made a lot of reps cheat the public because they need to keep thier jobs to pay bills. The people are suffering check to check. No respect no fair treatment bonuses are continueously being cut.
